Retrieving Results Online

Results are dictated and usually generated within hours of the procedure. They are sent to the referring physician promptly in the manner he/she has requested.

Now, however, physicians and their authorized staff can also retrieve patient exam results, pharmacy, and demographic information online from North Fulton Regional Hospital (NFRH), all within the secure eTenet website. This access requires that a physician be credentialed with privileges at a Tenet facility and have a special ID and password to ensure patient confidentiality.

Once assigned an ID and password for security, physicians can access the following information to improve management of patient care:

• Radiology Exam and Treatment Results
• Patient Demographics, including Insurance Information
• Laboratory Information
• Drug Therapy Information
• Patient Admission & Discharge Lists

This access will assist physicians and authorized staff in retrieving and managing patient results and care from any location that has Internet access. It is also a great tool for planning daily rounds.

How do physicians get this access?
Any physician who is credentialed at a Tenet facility such as NFRH, can apply for access to TenetMD information for the physician and authorized office staff.

To help facilitate the ID assignment process, please download and complete the appropriate form (listed below), include original signatures (not stamped signatures), and fax the completed form to (770) 751-2898. It will take several business days for your application to be processed and ID assigned.
